Cheesemaking Class - with Pam Miller of Charlottetown Farm
Join us on Mothers Day!! On Sunday, May 11th, 2PM to 4PM, Pam Miller will share her cheesemaking skills and teach you how to make ricotta cheese, chèvre-a soft, spreadable goat cheese, and crottin which is a cave aged cheese.
She will also talk about raising goats, the different types of milk and how they impact your cheesemaking, and answer any questions you may have about the process.
After each demo, you will sample each cheese and also taste many of Pam‘s other products. Come hungry!
